II Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
After the recent terrorist attack on the FlyDubai airline, we are again told that the attacker was a “radicalized” Muslim. That is such a lie. Islam is a religion of hate. Part of that philosophy is that a Muslim can lie if it advances their cause. Islam is a corrupt religion from the start. The Catholics played a role in the invention of that false religion.
I know it is not politically correct to tell the truth, but the truth shall make you free. Muslims need to be reminded they are following a false religion. Catholics and many others also need to be reminded they are following a false religion. There are people who claim there is such a thing as an “evangelical Catholic”. An evangelical Catholic is still a Catholic. He or she still holds Mary to a standard the Bible never gives her. They still hold to Catholic “saints” as having special powers after death. Catholic “saints” are lost people who are suffering in hell now. They are not in purgatory paying for their sins. They are lost and without hope. They still hold to “mother Theresa” as a special “holy person” in their false religion. They still accept the pope as the “holy father”. A Catholic is lost. It does not matter what title they want to give themselves. They are lost and headed for hell. The same is true for every Muslim. They are lost and headed for hell. If they do not support the violence being promoted by their Koran and their Imam’s, then they are simply willingly ignorant of what they have signed up for.
New Evangelicalism has played into the lies of Catholicism and Islam. New Evangelicalism claims that a Christian can be a moderate or nominal Christian but still saved.
A Christian can be carnal. I Corinthians clearly shows us that. The difference is that God never accepts carnality as legitimate and acceptable. He declares:
Ephesians 4:28 Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.
I Timothy 1:9 Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,
10 For whoremongers, for them that defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and if there be any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine;
11 According to the glorious gospel of the blessed God, which was committed to my trust.
God gave us the Bible to help us. He gave us the Bible to declare for us the Truth. He has preserved His Word so that every generation can know what a true believer in God looks like and acts like. He shows us that He will chasten a true believer that insists on holding on to sinful habits.
Christianity is the only religion that does not condone “moderate” religion. It is true that many churches insist on moderate religion as the norm and they frown upon anyone who gets “too religious”. The person that is “too religious” cramps the style of the majority who want to believe they are good enough in their sin.
If you read I Corinthians 5 you find that God told Paul to write:
I Corinthians 5:3 For I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed,
4 In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ,
5 To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.
6 Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump?
7 Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:
8 Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.
9 I wrote unto you in an epistle not to company with fornicators:
10 Yet not altogether with the fornicators of this world, or with the covetous, or extortioners, or with idolaters; for then must ye needs go out of the world.
11 But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such an one no not to eat.
12 For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within?
13 But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore put away from among yourselves that wicked person.
One of the many facts of life is that if we refuse to identify the enemy we have no way of defending against the enemy. As long as we continue to spout the lie of moderate Islam and radicalized Islam, we will continue to see hijackings and other slaughters. God was gracious in protecting that particular flight from destruction. He is warning us. If we refuse to listen to His warnings, we can expect greater trouble.
No true Christian will be without sin. However, a true Christian cannot excuse his sin and shrug it off as just part of being human. A Catholic can do that. A Muslim can do that. A New Evangelical can do that. A true Christian hates sin, first of all in himself. He wants to glorify His heavenly Father. It is time for true Christians to stand up and align themselves with the holy and sinless Lamb of God that died and shed His blood for them. It is time for us to show the world that the true God is vastly different from the false gods that dominate the world stage.
Knowing the true God is the only way of peace that your soul desires. The flesh may be content to accept a lie, but the soul will not be content with the lie. It is only when a person has hardened himself against God to the point where He gives him over to a reprobate mind, that there seems to be an acceptance of fate. At death the full reality sets in. Hell is no picnic and there is no exit from there. Be sure you take God’s Word as your authority, and not some smooth talking salesman.
