II Corinthians 11:1 Would to God ye could bear with me a little in my folly: and indeed bear with me.
2 For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.
3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.
4 For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.
5 For I suppose I was not a whit behind the very chiefest apostles.
6 But though I be rude in speech, yet not in knowledge; but we have been throughly made manifest among you in all things.
7 Have I committed an offence in abasing myself that ye might be exalted, because I have preached to you the gospel of God freely?
8 I robbed other churches, taking wages of them, to do you service.
9 And when I was present with you, and wanted, I was chargeable to no man: for that which was lacking to me the brethren which came from Macedonia supplied: and in all things I have kept myself from being burdensome unto you, and so will I keep myself.
10 As the truth of Christ is in me, no man shall stop me of this boasting in the regions of Achaia.
11 Wherefore? because I love you not? God knoweth.
12 But what I do, that I will do, that I may cut off occasion from them which desire occasion; that wherein they glory, they may be found even as we.
13 For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.
14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.
15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
I realize that in Canada we have a hoax known as “Islamophobia”. Muslims do not want anyone exposing them for who they truly are. Since Canada is a pagan nation, it does not know the truth, nor does it care to know the truth. Islam is not a religion of peace. It is an ideology of hatred and violence. Islam means submit. It means submission to Islam. It does not allow for any other belief system. Look at how Iran operates. Thousands have been murdered in that country because they would not bow to the Islamic dictates of that country.
About a week ago, Tulsi Gabbard was speaking at a meeting in the U.S. She is a Hindu. She talks of God but her god is not the true God. She was warning of the danger of Islam and how it was invading the U.S. Why is it that so few people are willing to identify a major enemy, and why is it that it is a woman that is speaking up. Where are the men? Men are supposed to be the leaders. Putting our heads in the sand and pretending there is no imminent threat here, is not the answer.
Look at what Hamas has been doing in Gaza and what they did to the Jews on October 7,2023. Look at what the Muslims do in parts of Africa where they dominate. Look at what Islam is doing to Europe. They are evil and destructive. They are worse than Catholics. Some may remember when Pope Francis and the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar exchanged a handshake and hugged and kissed. There has been a link between Islam and Catholicism since the formation of Islam. Both are servants of the devil.
Islam is not interested in peace, it is interested in control.
In our text, I want to focus on verse 14. Islam is an ideology that is completely under the inspiration of Satan. There is nothing good about it.
God gave man freedom to choose to follow Him or to reject Him. Man is born a lost sinner. He remains in that state until he or she turns to God in repentance and trusts in the Lord Jesus Christ as Saviour.
God does not force anyone to repent and get saved. In verse 2 of our text, the apostle Paul reminded us that he was jealous of the Corinthian saints. They were saved, but not walking very faithfully with God.
The Corinthians were babes in Christ. They needed to be better grounded. They needed to have greater discernment.
Paul was concerned that they would easily fall prey to false teachers who would preach another Jesus. He was also concerned that they would receive another spirit. True Christians receive the Holy Spirit at the moment of salvation. Christians have the ability to resist the devil as they draw nigh to God.
The danger for the Corinthian saints was that they were not drawing nigh to God as they needed to. Paul was concerned that the saints were in danger because they were not growing in the Lord.
Paul warned them that Satan presents himself as an angel of light. That is true in the New Evangelical movement. Most of those involved in that movement are lost. The few that are saved, are not growing in the Lord. You cannot grow in the Lord when you are not being fed the truth. The devil has a heyday with the New Evangelical movement.
It is not surprising that New Evangelicals have a soft spot for Muslims. True Christians need to witness to others. There is a vast difference between witnessing to a person and accepting their false religion.
Islam is pushing their beliefs on the world. They are pushing their Halal meats upon large stores. Halal meat is butchered and prepared in a particular way in honour of Islamic traditions.
Gullible people do not understand they are supporting Islam when they purchase these meats. Islam is content to lie to advance its cause.
They are steadily gaining ground. Our P.M. does not care as long as it does not interfere with his plans to make money and fly all over advancing his globalist agenda. Most Parliamentarians do not care either. However, born again Christians must care.
Born again Christians have been given the love of God in their hearts. Born again Christians have a concern for the spiritual welfare of others. Paul did. God certainly does. John 3:16 makes this very clear. Jesus demonstrated His love and care for humanity. He left Heaven’s glory and became a servant obedient unto death. He was a servant of His Heavenly Father. He did not bow to the false religion of His time. True born again Christians do not hate others, but they must hate every evil way.
Our federal government does not know what hatred is. They hate God and thus they are blinded. True Christians want others to know the truth. That involves warning people of the deception too many are falling for.
Be sure you are following the Lord Jesus Christ, the true Light of the world. Don’t be deceived by the “angel of light” — Satan.
