Genesis 1:26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.
30 And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.
31 And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
Man was created to fill the earth. He was to be fruitful. There was a time in the history of Canada when the government would deliberately stop certain segments of society from being able to reproduce. That was later deemed to be illegal and it was stopped. Now through the sodomite agenda, young people and older people are being told they are in the wrong body and they are deliberately being mutilated so that it will stop their ability to reproduce and it is also severely damaging the mental and emotional state of those involved. This is now being championed as a “human right”.
For many years different agencies have been pushing other forms of birth control. One of the most evil ones is the murder of the unborn, known as “abortion”. I understand that in the medical field, a child in the womb is called a “fetus”. This is used to let the murderers off the hook. If that “thing” in the womb is not a person, then it is no big deal to remove it. It is just an inconvenience for some. God has something to say on this matter.
Psalm 139:13 For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb.
14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.
15 My substance was not hid from thee, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth.
16 Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect; and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them.
17 How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them!
Job 31:15 Did not he that made me in the womb make him? and did not one fashion us in the womb?
Ecclesiastes 11:5 As thou knowest not what is the way of the spirit, nor how the bones do grow in the womb of her that is with child: even so thou knowest not the works of God who maketh all.
Hosea 12:3 He took his brother by the heel in the womb, and by his strength he had power with God:
Luke 2:21 And when eight days were accomplished for the circumcising of the child, his name was called JESUS, which was so named of the angel before he was conceived in the womb.
God says that is a child in the womb. He also tells us if it is a male on some occasions. We do not need to do an ultrasound in order to know what the baby will be before it is born. That takes away from the blessing that God has in store for the parents. There is also evidence that the ultrasound can be harmful to that unborn child in the womb. Medical “science” is often done in a vacuum. It is done by people who do not know the fear of the LORD and they do not consider what the Psalmist declared about the child that is forming in the womb.
There are those who claim that our world is over-populated, and we need to reduce the population. They claim that the earth cannot sustain the numbers living on it. The fact is that this earth can sustain far more people than presently live on earth. The problem is that in some areas, paganism has been a problem for a long time and this has brought the judgment of God upon certain parts of the world to a greater extent than others. North America is currently facing more judgment that it has know in the past. This is not climate change. This is the wrath of God.
John 3:36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
God is very gracious and longsuffering. He never overlooks sin. He never declassifies sin. He deals with sin according to His righteous standard. Canada and the U.S. have had it relatively good for many years. However, over the past few years we have seen evil accelerated. The hope of man has always been to know the true God. The hope of man since the fall, has never been to live on this earth forever.
God has made it possible for generation after generation to live on this earth and to increase in population as well. There has been enough food to feed all the people. Certain areas have faced drought, but other areas have had plenty. Food distribution is often the problem. Some countries mismanage the food sent to them. Some leaders are greedy and hoard what is sent to their country, for themselves. They then bribe the people into submission and then give them just a little food to keep them in line. Canada and the U.S. are working on formulating such a plan now.
God also told man to have dominion over the fish of the sea and the fowl of the air as well as every living thing that moves upon the earth. In Canada there is an injustice in this matter. Again, there is much greed. Rather than people taking enough of what God has given to feed themselves, they hoard it and sell it at an exorbitant price. Some groups of people hunt at night and then only take certain parts of the animals and leave the rest to rot. These same people have abused the land for years and they have depleted the stocks of certain fish and animals due to their ungodly and pagan practices.
God created healthy fish and fowl and animals. They produce more than we need if we manage them properly. When we have greedy people who abuse what God has given us, then we have problems. It is important for man to know the fear of the LORD in order to understand how to manage the blessings He gives to us.
Those who are born again need to understand what God has to say on all things. He knows what is right. He created all things. He created man to be a little lower than the angels. Man is superior to the animals. Man is not an animal. Man is a special creation of God. God shows us that from Genesis 1 and on. The wise person rejects the false philosophies of this world, and chooses to believe in the true God.
